Even a simple 3012 review can collect thousands of individual pieces of data. When you look a 500 of more review questions and for each item you must address: if and where is it addressed in your Written Supervisory Procedure, who is the supervisor assigned to the item procedure of rule, when is the procedure reviewed, how is the procedure evidenced, what is the method of testing the supervisory procedure, and how are the records maintained.
