The Compliance Department Inc. is dedicated to protecting your personally identifiable information.  We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of our clients and the confidentiality of proprietary information we learn about our clients including their products, services, functions, operations and trade secrets.

Information gathered in engagements is retained only to the extent needed to complete an engagement and then destroyed and this includes work papers and any statistical data we may compile.

The Compliance Department Inc. does not make its client lists available to any non-affiliated entity.  All affiliates, associates and employees of the Compliance Department Inc. are required to subscribe to the Firm’s Code of Conduct, a copy of which is available on request.
